Interchangable motors

I have a 2003 Ford explorer sport Trac 4.0 v6. I
would like to know what motor will interchange
that doesn't have all those timing chains in it. Like
a push rod .

2007 ford explorer trac truck couldn't go backwards on wet grass I pulled up and back again and Later I spelled something burning and when I got home I noticed that my left rear tire smoke was coming between the brakes, What happened are What's going on
