Try to spray some starter fluid in the intake as you try to start it let me know if the car starts, it may only run for a few seconds...if it does it possible the new fuel pump could be bad or you may have clogged injectors....

It should have started or try to start with the fluid, you say you have spark but I dont think so, check the coul pack wiring again and how are you checking for spark?

There is spark. We have checked two different ways. Pulled the plug, cranked it over. It has blue spark across the plug with a tiny hint of yellow/orange. And we also pulled a plug put a spark light tester in and the light lights up. So YES there is spark. And we know there is spark as well bc, when we spray starter fluid in the intake it don't start but when we took a air hose and forsed it threw or down the intake it poofs several times, flames shoot out the intake. But now sence we forsed alternate fule down, it went from 55psi to 10psi, now this morning 0 psi. When it hasn't even started at all. So we know we have spark. All plugs are bone dry. Fuel gets to the fuel rail but not into the plugs. And now it has no pressure from the fuel pressure tester, when it did bf.
