2004 f150 stx overheating I've checked everything

Thermostat we pulled out it was jammed didn't put
one back in to make sure water was circulating fan
works someone said water pump but it is spinning
never made any noise I bypassed heater core
system is building pressure "radiator cap" maby or
"clogged radiator" it will run cool for an hr then
pressure up and heat up why befor i spend money
on something i don't need could it be water pump
"the Reservoir" can't  really tell if water flow. Could
the head be pressure the water system without
water getting in oil ? Truck runs perfect I wouldn't
thank that was the problem

I'm thanking radiator cap not releasing pressure buddy thanks radiator is clogged I brought it from people thought it was water pump but had no reason to believe that the just said that's what couple people have said with no reason I don't have any reason to thank pump is not working
