Random misfire and compression

I have a 03 trailblazer I have replaced cam sensor
cam, position actuator solenoid, crank sensor, I've
also replaced cooling systems. I've replaced all
this at different times. Cooling system was the last
thing I did. Vehicle was running fine and now the
vehicle runs like shit. It now has a random misfire
and the a/c doesn't work properly and before it
worked great.
