Hi i have a 2003 trailblazer... When i put the
truck in park, drive, or reverse it doesn't
move is the transmission gone out or what

Maybe not, check the little plastic bushing on the linkeage below. Tend to break off.

This happened to my 2002 TrailBlazer and I replaced the bushing for 11.00 very easy fix.

Very common problem!! The linkage cable bushings are cheap plastic that break. Super cheap part at part stores. Happened one day as I pulled out of my driveway. Took a couple mins to fix but will give you a scare if you are not familiar with the problem.
