So most likely it is 2 things. The injector ports are clogged (which happens over 13 years of operation, and need to be cleaned, or the second option, is that there is air bubbles in the fuel line. Just like when you bleed the brakes for a shoe replacement, the fuel system also needs to be clear of pockets of air to avoid injector misfire or failure. Are you getting the SES or CE Lights?
There are no lights coming on, I have fuel pressure passing through the fuel rail, but no pressure in the upper pressure port
Do you think it's the injector port clogged if so do I buy a new one to replace that or can I unclog it?

Hello Again Tequilla-I am sorry if my explanation wasnt more clear. So there is an injector cleaner you can obtain from your local auto parts store however, if there is so much build up, corrosion or damage to the injectors, you could pull a good looking salvaged injector and swap them out.
Also may be the fuel pressure regulator gone bad.
my 2002 Chevy trailblazer is smelling like gas and won't let me put gas in how would I know it's the fuel pump or something else
