how do you remove the ignition module to have it tested ?

I can also say the motorcraft parts are the most reliable, any time we had 14, 18 codes: one, the other or both, we replaced both. you press the gear off to remove the shaft. since one part damages the other, it can test ok, then not start when the customer picks it up so go new on both with motorcraft lasts the longest and runs right.
