My fuel pump in the back
tank went out front tank
fuel pump was already
out i changed both
pumps, fuel filter, lines, it
started fine and went
down the rd about 6
miles and all of a sudden
died.  When i turn the key
on i can here the pump's
running its pumping gas
still will not start HELP
does anyone know what
this could be

Those pumps are special and not interchangeable also there's a check valve either in one of the pumps (I think it's the front one) or in the line. Do this, remove both fuel caps then keep cycling the key to see if the back pump is pumping into the front tank instead to the engine. Ford has either an old recall or tech service bulletin you may want to call and ask. I hope this helps, Take care.
