If you are not getting any spark then the cap, rotor, ignition control module, or the coil may be the problem. The ICM & coil can be tested at an auto parts store.

Might be flooded , leave for a bit then try start with no trottle pressing ....
Flooding has nothing to do with no spark from the distributor.
One other thing I forgot to mention is it is possible the shear pin on the distributor shaft gear may be broken throwing the timing off. Just check this by taking the distributor cap off, and see if you can spin the rotor while it is locked in place. If you can turn the rotor, the pin would need replacing on the distributor gear.
Get a spark detector from the auto parts store for about 12 bucks. Easy enough to use. Verify you are not getting spark to the plugs. "Seems not getting any fire" doesn't mean it isn't. There is another method using a 10D framing nail. Surf the net on how to use that procedure.
