Does it run and stall, or not run at all? It may be as simple as the starter not turning fast enough, or fuel pressure. Try doing a fuel pressure test on the system. Listen for the fuel pump to whirr for about 15 seconds when you turn the key to start as it pressurizes the system. If you're not hearing this, it's fuel pump or relay. You may also have other problems, drop me an email once you've done those things.

I changed the fuel pump in one tank cylinoid, comtrol modular, coil, is there and where is a 3rd pump?
bad wire on passenger side fender
fuel pressure will build when you wait on the pump to work with key on??? hmm, very good to know 'horn. interesting, I'm disappointed that I was not aware of that((
