why do my blinkers and brakes keep blowing fuses?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have been all over the rear of the 1992 f150 and even disconected the trailer light plug. I
can find no where that rodents have been chewing on wires. But as soon as I replace
either the brake fuse or the blinker fuse, I see a spark from behind the fuse box and the
fuse blows. What is wrong. Please advise me.

there is to much power to them if they are blowing fuses do they have the right rating fuse in it
yes they have the correct fuses in them. Every thing was fine. This problem just began yesterday morning.
The fuses are the only thing that keep blowing. the bulbs are fine.
there is water in there some where the water will conduct electricity to over power the fuse causing it to blow
or a mouse got in there in the past few days and chewed a wire and it is shorting on itself
I will go through it again. thank you for your help
