Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have power to everything untill i turn the key to the on position then i
loose cab lights and nothing will work, i can't even get the gages to
work. if i turn the key all the way back to the power point i can roll up
and down my windows and the radio works, but i loose it all again when
i turn the key to start it, the battery is good the connections are good all
the fuses are good, the truck was running while i was unloading a trailer
it was shut off for about 5 minutes and when i got back in to start it up
and move it this problem occurred, could this have something to do
with the coil?

You don't explicitly say, but it sounds like it does not crank at all. That rules out your coil as the cause. I am betting you wrong, and the terminal connectors are not making good contact. Pull them out clean them well with sandpaper or file and tighten them back.

Well i just finished cleaning both terminals and checked the conections to the block and to the frame all of it is conecting and showing 12 volts, could it be a fuseable link somewhere on my engine?

Since you loose everything when the is in the "on" position, not the "start" position check the ignition switch.
