the wires in the tilt steering wheel are short try and move the steering up and down 1 click at a time until flashers work mine has to remain in the middle to work.

Found out that when I push my flasher button in my signals and brake lights work. So I'm assuming that it's the flasher that's bad.

Im having the same problem with my 1995 F-150 long bed 2 wheel drive. Emergency flashers, brake lights, ans turn signals dont work whatsoever but everything else works. My friend thinks it's a short but no telling. When i plug a 15amp fuse into the fuse slot labeled "beakes/signals" it starts making a weird sparking sound and the fuse pops. Im not sure what to do to fix this problem. I have very little money. Any home remedy ideas or cheap solutions?
