Too late for your issue but may help others. My ford did a simgle or double click when attemptimg to start. Battery read as good by portable charger meter, but had a bad wire connection to the engine so it was not getting enough juice. Make sure your battery terminals aren't loose or corroded, or just plain worn out. Also some portable chargers read the batteries as full/fine when there is a dead cell. Bringing it in to be tested is easy and free at most parts stores now, before fiddling with the ignition switch andģor ignition relays.
