Need help on my 93 f150 4.9l xl, every time I turn
my key I don't hear my fuel pump kicking on so
then I take my bed off and test the connection with
a light tester and no light appears so means I have

Did you check the fuel pump relay? Hopefully it's in your fuse box. You can unplug relay, use jumper wire on load side of relay. The load side of relay is that line with arrowhead. If the fuel pump runs, the problem is on control side of relay. With initial prime, key on engine off, the fuel pump should run for a couple of seconds, after that it cuts off, w/o rpm signal. It needs to be cranking to get rpm signal. Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse? There is also an inertia switch in the fuel pump circuit.
