I have a 1993 Ford F150 with a 5.8. When I first start it, it runs great.. But as soon as it warms up it runs very tough like plug wires crossed rough.. Any ideas what would cause this?

Fuel pressure? plugged filters ? aftermarket ignition parts? sensors out of range setting codes?
