Bumper brackets

I am building a custom bumper for my friends truck and I
don't know what the measurements are for the front
bumper brackets so it can bolt on.  If yall could get me the
measurements for the bolt holes that would be great. Its a
94 f150

I am intending for it to be a surprise, plus he doesn't live anywhere close to me or i probably would just measure it lol
