Shorter serpentine belt to bypass ac pump

I have a 94 Ford F150 5.8L with a ac. A/C pump going out
want to bypass the pump with a shorter belt.

the trick is to route a string around the pulleys and measure the total length to get close to a belt that will fit.

Or you can remove the compressor and buy a bypass pulley from your local auto parts store. Hope that helps! Jim
