Windshield wipers and voltage dropping

My windshield wiper stopped then the next day even when I
turn my defroster on my voltage drops for a second and jumps
back up but does it numerous times

Could be a voltage regulator or an internal alternator problem like brushes or diodes. Have your favorite shop check it out before it quits altogether and leaves you walking.
