instrument cluster

i just bought a 1994 F150 it has a mutilated odometer and a non functioning
fuel gauge , everything is analog no digital stuff can i just replace the cluster
with another 94 cluster or does it have to be reprogrammed ?

You speedometer may be off with the swapout. May want to check the net for rebuilt units which come calibrated. Simply changed out one on my 96 and after backing out the drive and idling forward at about 10 mph the speedometer read 80.
