need some more info? are the spark plugs firing? is it a fuel problem to/past the injectors?

yes their is fuel pressure and the spark plugs do have fire vehicle started once we sprayed starter fluid into it but wouldn't remain on like there was some kind of drain I was thinking distributor but not to sure

things ive replaced on the vehicle new head new secondary air intake manifold new fuel lines fuel pump and filter new tensioner assembly
how much fuel pressure cranking/running..when it did start any miss fires?..it doesnt have a chain or belt.so you can rule that out.failing Ignition Module /picup/dist,shaft bearings/maybe dist.gear...
