fuel goes from the rear tank to front tank

More than likely you have a fuel tank selector on the dash. In the Fords this is what happens when they start to malfunction. A fuel switch is a proprietary part you will need to get from Ford. It should be around 40-45 dollars. A simple quick change out on the fuel tank selector switch. They get hot and actually melt internally over time.
Hi 85 F150 have two tanks on it the front tank leak around the rim of it I switch to the back tank but the back tank Stay full like as not using any gas what's my problem thank you very kindly
That information is incorrect. You need to replace the Fuel Selector VALVE, which is a part that generally goes for $170 or so, eBay, other websites. The valve is as large as your hand...it has 4 ports on one side and two on the other. It feeds gas to and from the engine to each tank. When the valve gets gunked up, it sends returned gas to the wrong tank.
92_96 it's a Ford safety recall you have to go to government website and print before taking to Ford
