power locks has power but no power to window motor or switch!

Both my windows are not working, i checked all the fuses and they are fine,
i have power going to the power locks on the drivers side, but no power to
the window motor or switch on both doors! I checked for broke wires and
swapped relays around as well! I also unhooked my positive battery
terminal for over a half hour, still no good! I checked all the wires with a test
light and it just seems like there is no power going to the window motor and
window switch! im going nuts! please help!
