something's missing see shiny bolt holes on passenger side around the starter area

thought I heard something fall off truck
looks like I have shiny bolt holes on the
passenger side of a Ford F-150 4.6 around
the starter area

I suspect holes means more than one. Don't know what can be missing. I can add on an older model Corvette I had there was a heat shield next to the starter because the exhaust was close by. It was held on by two bolts.
