where are my main grounds on my 97 f150

i removed my aftermarket radio after i had it inspected it passed all lights worked  got home removed aftermarket radio radio every thing was perfect be for removing radio now my turn signal indecator lights when truck is started come on very dim  while running they dont blink truck off they blink my 4 wheel drive dont work now it did b4 i took radio out blower motor heater dont work either  plz i need this working ive changed all fuses nd relays  i replaced frame to body mount ground wire  and i dont know where the rest of the grounds are

There should be a ground strap from the engine to the frame and maybe others from the body to the frame. You can add a ground anywhere you want.
