Blazer will not go faster than 15 mph and sometimes has a grinding noise but idle smoothly.

It has normal fuilds in the transmission and engine with proper oil pressure. Just bought it
and barely got it home the 4 blocks to my house. It seem to drive okay for the first two
blocks then lost power but still idled okay.

need to pull down the transmission, change the lining, pressure plate and the realease bearing.
