I am stumped.I have a 97f150 with a 4.6 in
it.I was on the interstate one day an couldn't
get above 50mph unless I had it to the floor
if I would ease up on the throttle I was
loosing power an speed kept on reducing.
Finally it died called a wrecker to get.got it
home i changed the fuel filter&pump.fuel
pressure regulator.new cam&crank
sensors.coil packs new ground wire. Im
getting spark an fuel but can't get to run. Any
ideas??

You have 2 of the the 4 components, check for air and compression, MAF sensor, also you can rent a compression tester for free at most auto stores just remove a spark plug and connect then turn car over, check pressure to car spec
