4 wheel drive does not engage- no lights come on

Sounds like the solenoid or the mechanical switch that engages the 4WD is not functioning. You will want to have this tested by a competent mechanic as there are several possible reasons this is not happening, but most likely it is the 4WD vacuum solenoid or one of its components.
