I have a 1998 Ford f150 ext cab truck

I have a 1998 Ford f150 ext cab truck I bought a
new battery for it brand new interstate battery and
is the right size for truck I had a buddy a
professional salesman I went to school with and
battery in perfect condition its brand new not
refurbished I got in it this morning and tried to
crank it but all it did was click click click starter
wasn't even engaging I got under truck to check
starter connection can anyone suggest any options
what it could be and also in fuse box under the
hood by air filter on drivers side a fuse in box
makes a clicking sound can anyone please suggest
any options and solutions this truck is my
neighbors and she's disabled and unable to pay a
repair place so I do what I can to help her and is
her only vehicle her husband died and I help her
with her yard working on truck can someone
please please offer a suggestion on the starter and
clicking in fuse box thank you everyone be blessed
and stay safe.
