I entered the vinn # from car and title and I have the correct vinn and you keep saying it is wrong

I keep entering the vinn # right from the car and tittle and you keep saying it is wrong

Make sure you don't mistake a zero for an O or the other way around. I don't think the VIN is case sensitive but you might try using the correct case.
