My car won't drive forward but, otherwise,
functioning properly; that's the only thing that's
wrong. HELP WITH ADVICE PLEASE!

It sounds transmission related. Maybe it's an internal issue? Was the car sitting a long time? If so , maybe the brakes are rusted?
