2002 chevy calvalier it starts but can not move shift nob and motor will not turn off

It sounds like a problem with the ignition switch/column lock

Under my gear shift, the console is labeled: P-N-D-D1-D2. I need to replace this part it has a melted hole. Where can I find this for a 2005 Cavilier
