exterior and interior lights flicker

the alternator reads 14.3 battery reads 14 i dont see any discharge on my dash
indicator its been doing this for 2 weeks it even stopped flickering for 10
min.then it started again i cant find it and i cant afford a shop guess im screwed

Could be bad ground behind the dash board , corrosion of wires at disconnects , behind dash board , under windshield . Mice can invade even a daily driver . A multi tester is useful for checking electrical problems

How old is the battery? Weak cells can cause this, also the voltage regulator, worn alternator brushes, bad alternator wiring connections and diodes.
