Hesitation, jolting, and missing?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My trucks been hesitating, jolting, and just feels like a
misfire but I've already changed the plugs wires, fuel
filter, I clean the throttle body and my mass airflow
sensor but I'm not sure what it is and the engine
check engine light turned off by itself so now I'm
stumped...

It's not throwing any codes anymore but in the past something was running lean? And a random missfire

I've been doing a lot of reading and I've come to the conclusion that it is most likely one of the coils. I'll do the work and let everyone know what the outcome is.
