My 1999 ford f150 is having issues starting,any help would be appreciated.

So last week on the road my ford f150 with
200k miles on it locked up and died,no
noise or anything. Just all of a sudden
locked up on me,we have since changed the
battery,fuel pump relay/filter,have checked
the starter and alternator, it cranks but
refuses to turn over at all.

Can you hear the fuel pump kick on when turning the key to the on/run position?
