I changed the starter relay and starter on my 99 f150 4x4 with a 5.4

I changed the fender mounted solenoid and wired it wrong , when I started it my new starter wouldn't disengage so I shut the truck off after running for no more than 15 seconds.I figured out the wiring problem and wired it correctly. Now I try to start the truck and I do not get a click or any noise at all even with a boost from another vehicle. Did I just fry my new starter?

No...starters are hard to fry....besides the wiring would catch on fire first~ you've already cleaned the 1/0 cable to the frame connection with a wirebrush so the relay buss has 12.5 volts...the relay should operate with solid voltage...so should your ignition switch...will price out one of these if you need the reference~
I will try that in the morning I did replace the end of the large red wire as mine corroded off but shortening it up that inch I had to disconnect the ground to the frame I will hook it back up and try again Thank you soo much!!!

You're quite wecome...you know this connection of the 1/0 battery cable to the frame is paramount...and re-welds itself everytime that it is used with a blue spark which in time creates a layer of "semi-conductor" which most components do not realize...okay the yellowing of the headlights...but this source of varying voltages and varying amperages plays hell with the delicate ECU and the decisions that it makes....~

There is a "fuseable link" that will blow before damage to the delicate electrics happens...look for a charred lead off of the black cable or perhaps inside the main fuse box for a "fuseable link" you may have blown that one~
