Check your brake fluid, make sure it's full. Most of the time when the ABS light comes on, there is a malfunction with one of the wheel sensors. Could just be corrosion from the salt. Unplug the sensors and clean the contacts. If that doesn't work you may need to replace one. As for the battery light, check your belts and make sure they are good and tight. If you have a loose belt, it will cause the light to flicker. Your voltage regulator could be going bad on your alternator also. Put a volt meter on the output side of the alternator. You should be getting 14 volts. If much less, you are having alternator problems.
I agree with reelin68. A loose/dirty battery connection, negative battery connection to frame or motor, bad battery or faulty alternator could cause both these lights not to operate properly. Check all connections first might be a real easy fix.
