I have a 2000 F150 Extended Cab 4.2L V-6. On the drivers side firewall is a cylinder and out of the bottom are two vacuum lines. One of them comes from the bottom of a black fluid refill reservoir and runs to under the throttle body. It has collapsed and is making the truck run rough. Is that part of the Smog System? It's on the firewall, almost sitting on the top left of the brake booster and in front of the clutch refill reservoir. any ideas what vacuum line that is? Thanks.
