Shifting fuse

I recently had to take out the 15 amp fuse
for the anti lock brake system ,in the next
few days it started using more gas ,running
g bad & the axhaust fumes are really bad
,today it is barely shifting into gear usr

Since you pulled your ABS fuse, have you locked up your vehicle to a stop? If so, without the ABS to pulse your stopping, you might have caused damage in your rear end, causing a drag in your drive-train, in turn burning more fuel, producing excessive exhaust fumes, etc.
