I want to swap my engine in 2001 f150 from 5.4 to a 6.2 raptor engine what's
involved

That would be a nice swap but it won't be easy or cheap. Find a complete donor truck if you want to do this. Making it totally smog legal in some states will be a big deal. Look into it before you start.
