Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Ford F-150 will turn over but it won't crank. No
previous signs of any issues we had the alternator
and the battery check those tested good. All the
needles go to the right like the alternator is bad but
it's not. I just got the car off the lot 2 weeks ago the
car lot won't help or look at it and I'm still making
payments on it. I would like an idea of what's
wrong so I won't get hosed over by the car shop
along with the car dealership. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. And I have no idea what type
of Ford it is it's got a backseat but it's not an XL.

Yes there's power, mileage is about 180000. Battery and starter checked out. Fuses were okay. The engine light was not on but after a day of having it when we got it off the lot it was on. Before it completely not started it would surge coming down to almost a stop

And there is NO heat not even off the engine. Idk if that's something related. Probably not..first ford I have ever bought. Probably won't buy another one

I don't, I had it toed like I stated I don't want to be hosed over by a car shop also. I know like nothing about vehicles. Or testing for.problems. all I can say about it is it was surging to start with. I put midgrade gas in and fuel injector cleaner, it ran better. Then it wouldn't start. I jumped it, it came right on. This time it would turn over but wouldn't crank. Then the needle issue Then the battery drained and drained every time is try to crank it. Until it died completely. Sorry :( I wish I knew more about cars and how to test them ...maybe I wouldn't be in this situation lol. Or have car shops making me replace 2 major "issues" before the 3rd times successful. Lol
