2001 anti theft disable how?

2001 f 150 won't start in cold weather problem just started. never had this problem before
battery is new an strong. possible fuel pump

According to the owner's manual, only the dealership can disable the antitheft system. To diagnose fuel pump problems, take a look at this link: http://www.ehow.com/how_5942024_diagnose-fuel-pump-efi-pickup.html
