Burned valves or worn rings. Probably a high mile, tired engine.
Don't know, I would guess this is more of a neglected motor rather than one with high mileage. Those readings are pretty bad. My truck with a 4.6 jumped timing and wrecked hell on the drivers side of motor(because only one cam jumped timing) . I have heard of plastic pieces breaking off timing chain guides and plugging oil passages, don't know if this actually happens often, I know timing chain guide failure is not rare though on these. I would be sure compression test was done correctly and that tester is working properly.
