2002 f150 5.4l not running 100%

I have a 2002 f150 5.4L its running sluggish like if its under
load/going up a big hill the rpms will shoot up and truck
won't increase in speed a shop told me it was the intake
manifold so replaced that along with gaskets also replaced
all coil packs and spark plugs the codes that its throwing is
bank 1 running rich and bank 2 running lean and when the
rpms shoot up the check engine light will start to blink. Any
help???
