I don't have the spring action in my
ignition to start my truck

A lock smith may get the ignition switch cheaper than the dealer , he may have to order it , , not hard to do

Someone told me to take the original key to a lock Smith if it had full power or whatever.. it wasn't the ignition switch ..i did get a new one and put it on but now something about the key had to be programmed . There is no spring action in the key to turn it on..
