I have a 2006 f150 super crew cab with a 5.4 with metal shavings in the oil. Put new timing chain kit in and a new oil pump but still have shavings. Any info would be appreciated.

Ok so I hit a mud hole with my 2008 5.4 f150 the water wasn't up to my door so it wasn't to deep but when I hit it I was going maybe 5 -10 mph if that and the truck shut off made a weird steady bee...
