Cooling fans run all the time

cooling fans will not come on when
temperature gauge and temperature sensor
connected but when they're disconnected
comes on and runs all the time even when
the car is cold and we'll run three to five
minutes after the car is shut off

Agreed. PS they're doing what they're supposed to do when disconnected from the temp sensor (namely running constantly).
