2002 chevy impala 3.4 engine. when the car is still cold and i,m driving it says coolant temp hot. help!

the water pump, the thermostat, and the radiator have all been replaced, but the car still
says hot coolant temp and there is no heat. please help i love this car and dont want to
give it up.

Did you make sure you got all the air out of the cooling system after replacing the above listed items?
