Is coolant level full? If so Feel both lines going to the heater core. Is one hot and the other cold or Luke warm? If so you have a stopped up heater core. Is neither hot or both just Luke warm? If so you have an issue with your engine coolant circulation (bad thermostat, heater hose valve malfunction, low coolant, ect). Is both hot? If so you have a damper door issue under the dash. (Could be broke door or bad door actuator, ect). Hope this helps narrow down your issues
