It won't go over 25 miles per hour

I put a new Cadillac converter in it's still doing the
same thing the check engine light was on but when
he changed the Cadillac converter he turned it off
and when they ran the codes on it it had a couple
of misfires could really use your help

First, it is Catalytic convertor not Cadillac convertor. Second, who is he? Third, I would suggest you take this car to a qualified mechanic as throwing parts at it can be very expensive. You have already invested in parts that you may have not needed.

Yes my car won't go over 20 that's why I change the Cadillac converter and it was a mechanic that put on the Cadillac converter and took off the engine light
